These terms are the agreement between you and Wake and Tech Nepal Pvt Ltd ("FullSewa", "we", "us") for using fullsewa.com and the FullSewa mobile app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use FullSewa.
1. What FullSewa is
FullSewa is a local marketplace and business toolkit for Nepal. It lets people find shops, products, services, professionals, jobs and tasks near them, talk to each other, order, book, bid and apply, and it gives business owners tools such as Bolo Bill (voice billing), stock, staff and customer records. We provide the platform. Buyers, sellers, service providers, employers and workers deal directly with each other; we are not a party to those deals and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of what is offered, or that anyone will complete a transaction.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16, or have a parent or guardian's permission, and give true information.
- You are responsible for your account and for what happens under it. Keep your password safe and tell us if you think it was misused.
- One person, one account. You may sign in with an email, a phone number, Google or Facebook.
- If you run a business on FullSewa, you are responsible for the people you add as staff and for the permissions you give them.
3. What you may and may not do
You agree not to:
- post or sell anything illegal, unsafe, counterfeit or that you have no right to sell, including items banned in Nepal;
- deceive people: fake listings, fake reviews, false prices or false identity;
- harass, threaten, discriminate against or spam others, or share private information about them;
- upload content that infringes someone's rights, or that is sexually explicit, violent or hateful;
- try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, scrape it at scale, or bypass its limits and security;
- use FullSewa to move money or goods in ways that break the law.
You can report a post, listing or person from the menu on it. We may remove content or limit or close accounts that break these rules, and we may act without notice where someone is at risk.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post (photos, clips, listings, reviews and so on). You give FullSewa a free, worldwide licence to store, display, resize and distribute it as part of running and promoting the service, for as long as it is on the service. You promise that you have the right to post it. Public content can be seen, shared and copied by others.
5. Orders, bookings and payments
- Prices, stock, delivery and terms are set by the seller or provider. Read the listing and ask before you order.
- FullSewa does not currently take payment for orders between users. Payment is made directly to the seller, for example cash on delivery, unless a listing says otherwise. Any payment link or QR code you use belongs to the seller.
- An order becomes a deal when the seller accepts it. Either side can cancel or report problems from the order page. Sellers should not accept orders they cannot fulfil.
- Disputes about an item or service are between the buyer and the seller. We may help when asked, but we do not have to decide them.
6. Business tools
Bills, customers, stock counts and reports in Bolo Bill and the business tools are your records. You are responsible for entering them correctly, for tax, VAT and other duties that apply to your business, and for keeping your own backups where the law requires. Voice billing may mishear: always check the bill before you confirm it. If you close or delete a business, records that another party needs, such as bills and orders, may be kept.
7. Points and offers
Any points, rewards or promotions have no cash value unless we say so in writing, may be changed or ended, and may be withdrawn if they were earned by abuse.
8. The service as it is
We work hard to keep FullSewa running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". It may be interrupted, and features may change. Maps, distances, search results and voice recognition are helpful guides, not guarantees.
9. Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, Wake and Tech Nepal Pvt Ltd is not liable for losses caused by what other users do or post, for deals between users, for content you rely on, or for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using FullSewa and delete your account at any time (see Delete your data). Owners must first close or transfer their businesses. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law. Sections that by their nature should survive (content licence, liability, disputes) continue after that.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app or by email. Using FullSewa after a change means you accept it.
12. Law and contact
